I left warm New Orleans to visit wonderful but cold Seattle the weekend before Thanksgiving. The multifaceted colors of fall were all over the town and gave it a golden glance, which, sadly, can barley be captured on a picture. Time flew by like the wind that breezed during the short days in the pre-winter period as me and my friend, who currently resides in Minneapolis, explored the city.

What a mellow sunset in New Orleans.

The engineering building accommodates smart people and big ideas. Maybe that’s the reason why it’s the tallest building on campus. The 9th floor has such a lovely view on the lake and the city.

I did a little live recording of one of my songs this time. I hope it’s mellow.

So this is my little music setup in my room.

I went to Magazine Street for breakfast this morning. Afterwards I found a nice little music store that is so heavily filled with instruments that it’s soothing but claustrophobic at the same time. Not a good place for clumsy me, thought. And I almost bought a new guitar.

A new blog is born and this is the first post. The main idea is to create a visual diary, which will cherish my time abroad in beautiful New Orleans and the rest of the States.
I couched my short trip to Mid City (near Esplanade Ave) in pictures, so check it out.
